One Rincon Hill

Two slender residential towers with 720 condos at the base of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. An additional 120 affordable units will be built offsite and a contribution will help restore the historic Seaman’s Union of the Pacific. The first tower is completed and the second is now under construction. David helped ensure that the Rincon Hill Plan accommodated the proposed project and then mobilized support for the towers.
